What is an ITC?
An ITC (Instructional Technology Coach) is an instructional coach who supports the growth of technology integration skills among educators. An ITC can help educators plan technology-rich activities, can co-teach or model lessons in classrooms, and can train educators on the use of instructional technology tools that support teaching. Woodside's ITC Team can be reached via e-mail or by dialing extension 61413.
What is a TSS?
A Technology Support Specialist (TSS) is your first line of technical support for any computer system or peripheral in the school, and therefore play an integral role in the 21st century classroom. They can help with network troubleshooting, device repair, software installation, malfunctioning equipment, and more. Woodside's TSS team can be can be reached by e-mail, dialing extension 61411, or by clicking here.
Please note there is a new procedure for reporting technology issues. If you need assistance with technology, please complete this electronic form and describe the issue. Your request will be submitted automatically to Woodside's TSS Team. Once you have submitted a request, a TSS may remotely enter your computer to resolve your issue. When your issue is resolved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a survey from the Technology Department. If you have any questions about the process, please contact a member of Woodside's TSS Team.
