Thank you for using the online Absence Submission Form. This form is for parents/guardians to report their student’s absence. Before using this form, please make sure you are familiar with the NNPS Student Attendance Procedures.

This form must be submitted on the day of absence or within 5 days of the student's return to excuse the absence.
